The Christian Faith of The New Testament as originally intended by God is a supernatural Faith. People have done all that they can do to remove the supernatural elements from Christianity. They have tried creeds, organizations, politics, intellectualism, materialism and social pressure.
New Testament faith without the supernatural is a faith without God. God, by his very nature, is Supernatural in all Three Persons, The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. God hears the prayers of His people and answers them, sometimes so others can recognize it and sometimes so they cannot, He hides it. His answers include both blessings and judgment.
